Workplace as a service
How a global brand’s new technology company in Bengaluru got a complete, secure office IT setup and a managed service from day one, with delivery scheduled at three months from order.
Build · IT infrastructure
IT setup for new offices and GCC floors in India, built to the parent company’s standards. NetScale designs, deploys and supports the network, Wi-Fi, security, unified communications and end-user devices, phased to the opening date and working with your existing partners. Each phase is fixed-scope and signed off separately.
New Office and GCC Floor IT
New office and GCC floor IT is everything a site needs to open and run: cabling, network, Wi-Fi, security, collaboration and end-user devices.
For a GCC, the parent company usually sets the standards and NetScale builds to them locally. The work is phased to the opening date, and support continues after the floor opens.
Collaboration across the offices you already run, consolidated onto one standard, sits under Unified communications and collaboration.
The floor opens on a fixed date. Who owns the network, security and support on day one?
The global security team will check the floor against its standard. Who produces the evidence?
Our answer: Floor and office design
Laptops for the first joiners arrive the week the floor opens. Who sets them up?
Our answer: Deployment to a date
The installer leaves when the floor opens. Who answers the first ticket?
Our answer: Run afterwards
Network, Wi-Fi, security and collaboration designed to the parent company’s standards and the local building, with a day-one checklist and the evidence their security team checks: configurations, test and sign-off records, and asset records.
Procurement through distributors, staging of network equipment and end-user devices, installation and testing in fixed-scope phases that end on the opening date.
Enterprise voice and collaboration environments, consolidated onto one company standard.
Managed IT, service desk and AMC and OEM renewals for the site, under one owner, with everything handed over as yours.
Each phase adds a layer to the same estate.
You can stop at any phase boundary. The assessment is free, and each phase is priced in writing before it starts. How we engage
Parent-company security and identity standards are implemented locally, with the evidence a global security team expects.
A GCC handling personal data for its parent is usually a data processor under the DPDP Act. For data of people outside India, processed under a contract with the parent, section 17(1)(d) lifts most of the Act’s duties; the security safeguards duty in section 8(5) still applies. Access control, logging and retention are designed in from day one. Legal interpretation stays with your counsel.

The full IT build can be taken on a monthly opex model where the business prefers it to a capital purchase.
Seat count, and the number of meeting rooms and collaboration spaces.
Parent-company mandates on specific OEMs and security tooling.
Opex or capital purchase, and the length of the support contract.
Time to the opening date: a compressed timeline raises procurement and staging costs.
The most relevant engagement, with its numbers. Client names and the full write-up are shared in conversation.

Servers, storage and end-user devicesIt depends on procurement and staging, which usually take the longest for a floor of a few hundred seats. For one global brand’s new technology company in Bengaluru, delivery of the full environment was scheduled at three months from order. Tell us the date and the floor plan, and we will give you a written timeline. It lists the decisions that have to be taken first, and by when.
Yes. Most GCC builds are specified by a global team and delivered locally. We implement to their standards, working with your existing partners and the OEMs they have chosen, and give them the evidence they will check. Then we stay to support the floor after it opens.
Everything we built. It is documented and handed over as if you might leave tomorrow: runbooks, configurations and credentials are yours. You can stop at any phase boundary, and the asset records we kept for the floor go to your team too.
Send the parent’s supplier security questionnaire and registration forms to the address under For procurement on our contact page. Our legal name, CIN and certificate numbers are listed there too.
It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You get a written list of where your IT environment is exposed, and your team can act on it with or without us.
