Infrastructure service contract
How a global retailer put its datacentre servers under one SLA-backed infrastructure service contract, with first-level on-site escalation support and spares in place before anything fails.
Scale · Managed services
AMC and OEM support renewals for Indian enterprises, across servers, storage, network and security. NetScale consolidates the contracts under one owner and escalates directly into every vendor’s support organisation. Each scope of work is written in plain terms, so procurement can compare it line by line.
AMC and OEM Support Renewals
An annual maintenance contract (AMC) keeps installed hardware supported after its warranty, covering labour and service.
A comprehensive maintenance contract (CMC) also covers parts. NetScale takes over the AMC and OEM support renewals across servers, storage, network and security, whoever supplied the equipment, and keeps every renewal date in one register.
Hardware is past support and still running. What’s the plan when it fails?
Our answer: AMC or CMC, device by device
Support contracts renew on different dates with different vendors. Which one lapses next?
Our answer: Renewal register
A fault needs the OEM’s engineers. How long does it take to reach them?
Our answer: OEM escalation
The renewal quote came in higher than last year. What changed in the scope?
Our answer: AMC and OEM support renewals
Annual maintenance and OEM renewals across the estate, consolidated under one owner.
Each device’s support status, renewal date and end-of-support date in one register, with renewal dates aligned over time so the estate renews on fewer dates.
Labour and service only, or parts as well, chosen for each device by its age and whether the OEM still supplies spares, in writing.
Response, on-site and restoration times written into the contract, with spares stocked to the SLA.
Faults that need the OEM’s engineers escalated directly into the vendor’s support organisation, under one owner.
Each phase adds a layer to the same estate.
You can stop at any phase boundary. The assessment is free, and each phase is priced in writing before it starts. How we engage

Certifications and technologyYes. Send us the renewal list and we check it against what is installed, including support status and end-of-support dates. Contracts are then consolidated under one owner, with direct escalation into each OEM’s support organisation. Renewal dates can be aligned over time, so the estate renews on fewer dates.
It depends on what an outage would cost and whether the OEM still supplies parts. Some devices can be extended under contract; others need a refresh plan. The renewal review lists each device with its end-of-support date, so the choice is made device by device, in writing.
The renewal list: each device with its model, serial number, support contract and end date. We check it against what is installed and send back the support status, renewal date and gaps for each device, in writing.
It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You get a written list of where your IT environment is exposed, and your team can act on it with or without us.
