NetScale is a team of network, security and cloud engineers in Bengaluru. Clients reach an engineer, not an account manager, so everyone here works directly with the people whose systems they run.

We document everything. You write down what you changed and why, so someone else can run it.

If something does not work as promised, we own it. You fix it with the client directly, not through an account layer.

When a client needs us, they reach an engineer. Every account is documented and paired, so no environment depends on you alone.

Continuous improvement
Threats and technology both move. You keep client estates current instead of waiting for a failure to force the upgrade.

What happens to your CV.
We use your CV and note only to consider you for roles at NetScale, and only the people hiring for the role read them. We keep them for 12 months after we tell you our decision, then erase them. Ask us to keep them for future roles, or to erase them sooner.
