Every layer of the estate, in one correlated view.
Cloud observability for Indian enterprises running applications across cloud, Kubernetes and on-prem estates. NetScale deploys KloudMate, connects it to your applications, Kubernetes, network and databases, and runs it. AI agents take first-line triage, and our engineers act on what they escalate, in the support window agreed in writing.

Every layer has its own monitoring tool. Which one shows why the app is slow?
Our answer: One correlated view of the estate

Monitoring data carries user IDs and IP addresses. Which country is it stored in?
Our answer: Managed on-prem and bring-your-own-infrastructure deployment
- 03
The monitoring bill grows with every user and every gigabyte. Can anyone predict next year’s?
Our answer: Logs, metrics, traces and events

A ticket with the monitoring vendor waits in a queue. Who helps while the incident is live?

What we do.
- 02
Application and user experience monitoring
Application performance, errors and APIs, with real user and synthetic monitoring, so failed transactions are read against their effect on users and revenue.
- 03
Infrastructure, Kubernetes and network monitoring
Kubernetes and serverless monitoring with service discovery maps, and servers, network devices and API gateways collected over SNMP, across cloud, hybrid and on-prem estates.
- 04
Logs, metrics, traces and events
OpenTelemetry-native collection through SDKs, libraries, eBPF and collectors, with log filtering and analysis, anomaly detection and incident management on the same data.
- 05
AI agents for first-line operations
Agents that triage tickets, correlate alerts and run playbooks through an approval workflow, escalating to our engineers when a fix needs a person.
- 06
Managed on-prem and bring-your-own-infrastructure deployment
KloudMate deployed on your own infrastructure, integrated with LDAP and internal systems, on hardware you already own, with the monitoring data kept under your control.
KloudMate is an AI-powered observability and agentic SRE platform from KloudMate Technologies, in Austin and Bengaluru. We deploy it, connect it to your estate and run it, as part of managed cloud or on its own.
It is OpenTelemetry-native and vendor-neutral, with no lock-in. Pricing is usage-based, with no per-user fees and every feature available on every plan.

India specifics and cost.
India specifics
- Data residency
KloudMate runs managed on-prem or on your own infrastructure. Metrics, logs and traces then stay in the data centre or cloud region you choose, including in India.
- DPDP
Logs and traces can carry personal data such as user identifiers and IP addresses. We filter what is collected, restrict access with role-based controls and SSO or LDAP, and agree retention with you in writing. Legal interpretation stays with your counsel.
- Encryption
Telemetry is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to it is monitored. Both are among the security safeguards the DPDP Rules expect for personal data.

- CERT-In
Logs held in KloudMate that fall under the April 2022 Directions are kept in India for 180 days, like the estate’s other logs.
What drives the cost
- 01
Telemetry volume ingested each month: logs, metrics, traces and events.
- 02
Services, hosts and Kubernetes clusters instrumented.
- 03
Deployment model: KloudMate’s hosted service, managed on-prem or your own infrastructure.

What does KloudMate monitor?
Applications and services, infrastructure and Kubernetes, serverless, network devices, and data and databases, with real user and synthetic monitoring on top. Metrics, logs, traces and events are collected through SDKs, libraries, eBPF, SNMP and network collectors, across Azure, AWS, GCP, hybrid and on-prem estates.
Can the monitoring data stay on our own infrastructure?
Yes. KloudMate offers a managed on-prem, bring-your-own-infrastructure deployment with LDAP integration, so metrics, logs and traces stay where you decide. We use it where DPDP, a regulator or a parent company requires the telemetry to stay in India or in your own data centre.
How is KloudMate priced?
Usage-based, on the data you ingest, with no per-user fees and no feature gating. What you pay depends on telemetry volume and the deployment model, and the observability review estimates both before you commit. The estimate is in writing, and the review costs nothing.
What do the AI agents do, and what is left to people?
They triage tickets, correlate alerts, pull the logs and metrics behind each alert and run playbooks, with approval before any fix is applied. When a person is needed they escalate, and our engineers act on it in the support window agreed in writing.
Do we have to replace our existing instrumentation?
Not usually. KloudMate is OpenTelemetry-native and vendor-neutral, so existing OpenTelemetry instrumentation can report to it. The observability review lists what you have and what, if anything, needs adding. The instrumentation stays yours, with no lock-in, if you move to another platform later.
How does this relate to your cloud and managed services?
KloudMate is the monitoring we run for managed cloud after a migration, and it can watch on-prem estates under managed services too. It can also be taken on its own, for an estate we did not build. Either way, our engineers act on what it escalates.
Book an observability review.
It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You get a written list of where your IT environment is exposed, and your team can act on it with or without us.
What we put in writing
- The written findings are yours whether we ever work together or not.
- Each phase is fixed-scope and signed off separately.
- You can stop at any phase boundary.
- Runbooks, configurations and credentials are yours.
